TRIO SERAFINO
JENNIFER PECK inicià els seus estudis de violí als sis anys a Boston (USA), als 17 anys tocà com a solista amb l´Orquestra Simfònica de Boston pel fet d´haver guanyat un concurs per a joves intèrprets. Va completar es seus estudis a la Universitat d´Indiana, amb Josef Gingold. Posseeix una experiencia orquestral amplia, de la qual cal fer esment del fet d´haver estat Concertina de la Companyia d´Opera de Virginia. Ha estat membre de la Orquestra Simfònica de Madrid i actualment forma part de la Orquestra Simfònica de Balears "Ciutat de Palma".
El seu violí és de Giorgio Serafino (Venezia c. 1726-Venzia 1775), fil de Sanctus Serafino.

Nascut a Londres a pares nordamericans, DAVID RUNNION va començar els seus estudis musicals als quatre anys. Es graduà del Manhattan School of Music a Nova York, on estudiava amb David Wells i guanyà el concurs de concerts. Fou membre fundador dels quartets de corda Barcelona i Hampshire. Solista de violoncels de l´Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya de 1992 a 1998, és actualment co-solista de l´Orquestra Simfónica de les Illes Balears. Es professor de violoncel a l´Escola Municipal de Música de Muro.
SUZANNE BRADBURY és originaria de California i va crèixer a Espanya. Els seus mestres més importants foren el pianista espanyol José Ortiga (Madrid) i més tard, Ludwig Hoffmann (Munic). Ha estat contractada per quasi totes les societats de radiodifusió alemanyes, per la BBC de Londres i per Radio Suisse Romande, per fer impressions de discs i gravacions en cinta magnetofònica. Altres concerts en viu i vetlladas de piano, presentà i presenta encara avui a Alemanya, Espanya, Estats Units, Itàlia, Anglaterra, França, Països Baixos y Suïssa. Va guanyar medalles i premis en el Concurs Universitari Aleman i en els concursos internacionasl de piano de Vercelli i Barcelona. Ha tocat en 1991 en el Palau March amb el Quintet de Vent de la Filharmònica de Berlin, i llavors amb ells a la sala Philharmonie de Berlin en febrer de 1992. L'any 1999 va tocar el concert de piano de Schumann a York, Pennsylvania, i el concert de piano de Ravel a Guanajuato, Mexico.

in reserve. He also is accomplished at sketching and
water colors. When, last year, he was locked by a drunken
attendant in a light-house in Finisterre, Brittany, he
managed to escape by forcing the lock, and immediately
set to painting his prison. He lives and teaches in
Bavaria.

Trio Arbós
El Trío Arbós se fundó en Madrid a finales de 1996, tomando el nombre del célebre director, violinista y compositor español Enrique Fernández Arbós (1863-1939). Desde entonces el Trío Arbós se ha revelado como una de las más serias e interesantes agrupaciones camerísticas del panorama musical español.
Su repertorio abarca desde las obras maestras del clasicismo hasta la música de nuestro tiempo, contribuyendo a la ampliación de la literatura para trío con piano a través del encargo de nuevas obras que presenta frecuentemente en sus conciertos.
El Trío Arbós actúa con regularidad en las principales salas y Festivales Internacionales de España. Recientemente ha actuado con éxito en Dublín, Mánchester, Lisboa, Bruselas, Cleveland, Filadelfia, Buenos Aires, Santa Fe, Rosario, París y Roma (Festival Nuova Consonanza), Munich, Ammán y ha grabado un CD dedicado a la música de Luis de Pablo que será editado próximamente por el sello alemán Col Legno.

Russian-born Nina Svetlanova's New York City debut in Lincoln Center was critically lauded by The New York Times for " … her effusively passionate, larger than life approach." Miss Svetlanova received highest training in Moscow Conservatory under Professor Heinrich Neuhaus. A long time faculty member at the Manhattan School of Music and Mannes College of Music in New York City, Miss Svetlanova is in great demand as a pedagogue around the world. Among her students are winners of international piano competitions as well as professionals occupying prestigious positions in the musical world.

Chair of Keyboard Area Studies in the Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Colorado State University, she studied with Jean Marie Darre and Pierre Barbizet at the Academie Internationale d'Été in Nice, France where she earned the coveted Performer's Certificate.
She completed doctoral studies at the University of Oklahoma.
In Paris she did intensive research on the 20th Century French composer, Andre Jolivet. An award-winning pianist and teacher, Janet was recipient of the Bloch Young Artist Award and the Dean's Award for Outstanding Artistic Performance. She has performed as soloist with the Denver Symphony, the Centennial Symphony, the Jackson Symphony, the Oklahoma Symphony, the Fort Collins Symphony, and others, and has numerous solo and chamber music performances to her credit.
She organized and hosted a Centennial Year Celebration on the music of Villa-Lobos in a series of concerts and lectures, "A Tribute to Heitor Villa-Lobos: Bravo Brazil," and continues her research, performance, and teaching of this great Brazilian composer's works.

This family of musicians join with Suzanne Bradbury to play an interesting program of a rarely heard work by Swedish composer Elfrida Andrée, a string quartet by Brahms, and a piano quintet by Polish composer Juliusz Zarebski.
